Financial Education
Whether you are a novice or a Financial Literacy veteran, we have many ways to guide you in the right direction. At Expedition CU, we hope to educate members and students alike so that everyone can become more financially literate. From educational workshops, to resources & education for the classroom, Expedition CU is here for you!

It's a Money Thing
We are excited to offer a FUN way to educate yourself and others in your life about financial literacy! From youth to adults, there are sure to be many topics that you’ll be interested in learning more about by watching short & lighthearted videos.
Hey educators! See something you’d like to present in your classroom - either in person or virtually? We have lesson plans, handouts, and more that you can use however it works for you.
Reality Fairs
Expedition's Reality Fairs are a simulation for students (typically high school) that teaches basic money management in a safe, fun setting.
The hands-on simulation appeals to teens and gives them a taste of the real world—complete with occupation, salary, spouse, student loan debt, credit card debt, and medical insurance payments. The students may get an instant family and then they move around to the different stations to purchase housing, transportation, food, clothing, household necessities, day care, and other needs.
Are you interested in hosting a reality fair? There is no cost to you or the school. Use our website contact form to ask for more information.
Workshops & Seminars
From time to time we offer learning sessions for our members with topics like senior fraud and Medicare Planning.
If you would like a more personal one on one session about your specific financial situation, we partner with LSS Financial Counseling to assist our members on a variety of personal financial topics.
Looking for something else? Contact us and ask! We have many ways we can assist you personally or in a classroom setting.
